Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with WoodyWish. We create meaningful wooden gifts with care, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that:


  • The item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • The product is returned with all tags, accessories, and original packaging.

  • Any customization errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

NOTE:

Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., engraved items, bespoke designs) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon receipt.

2. Exchange

We offer exchanges only if:


  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, please contact us with your Order ID, photos of the product issue, and a brief description.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:


  • Notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:


  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your Order ID and clear photos of the issue.

We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund based on availability and your preference.

5. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your Order ID, name, and reason for return/exchange.

  3. Our support team will guide you through the process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:


  • Customized and personalized products (unless damaged/defective)

  • Items without original packaging

  • Gifts marked “Final Sale” at purchase

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified period:


  • Check your bank/card account for pending transactions.

  • Contact your payment provider for processing times.
